The working principle of an electric blind plate valve.
1. From valve opening to valve closing:
The clamping motor starts moving, driving the lead screw to rotate counterclockwise, and the valve body loosens until it reaches the fully open position (as indicated by the indicator light). Next, the drive motor activates, causing the gate plate to rotate counterclockwise until it reaches the fully closed position (as indicated by the indicator light). Then, the clamping motor resumes operation, driving the lead screw to rotate clockwise, and the valve body clamps tightly into place (as indicated by the indicator light), thus completing the entire process—from the valve’s open to its closed state.
2. From closed to open:
The clamping motor starts moving, driving the lead screw to rotate counterclockwise, and the valve body loosens until it reaches the fully open position (as indicated by the indicator light). Next, the drive motor starts moving, causing the gate plate to rotate clockwise until it reaches the fully open position (as indicated by the indicator light), thereby completing the entire process of opening the valve from the closed position.
